According to its official statistics, 245.72 million yuan was allocated, accounting for 110.2% of the planned investment (222.98 million yuan), of which: 191.53 million yuan was from the central and provincial governments, 24.96 million yuan was from the city (prefectural) and county governments, 11.63 million yuan was raised by the farmers, and 17.6 million was from other sources, respectively accounting for 113.5%, 100%, 100% and 100% of the planned figures (168.79 million yuan, 24.96 million yuan, 11.63 million yuan and 17.6 million yuan respectively). 

Furthermore, they accelerated the preliminary work of the Longtang Reservoir Project in Yanyuan County and the Mishi Reservoir Project in Xide County. They also addressed the drinking water safety problem of 117900 rural residents, completed the construction of channels of 63.9 km, 530 water cellars and mountain ponds and two drinking water weir gates, increased 2000 mu of irrigated area and improved irrigation area of 16,000 mu; accelerated the governance of river embankment and key medium and small rivers, built dikes and revetments of 18 km, improved riverbed of 40 km, completed the preliminary work of the capacity expansion of Miaoziping Power Plan in Yanyuan County, approved the construction of soil and water conservation projects of 14.7 km and built aquatic breeding farms of 50 mu.
